The rapid advancement in the technology, globalization and industrial evolution are the prime factors for the profound changes in the role of Engineering and Technology in the society. The changing workforce and technology needs are extensively changing the nature of engineering practices demanding far broader skills than simply the mastery of scientific and technological disciplines. The growing awareness of technological innovation to economic competitiveness and national security is demanding a new priority for application-driven Engineering and Research. It has become a prime need for the industry that the quality of products must compete with international standard as well as it should be cost effective in the global market. The researchers have to continuously update their knowledge with the advanced technology, leading to serve better for the fast changing needs of the industries.
ICAET - 2018, the International conference on Engineering and Technology aims to focus on research and emphasize the latest in terms of Technological advancements. The conference also aims to bring together innovative academicians, industrialists and entrepreneurs working in the field of Science, Engineering & Technology to a common platform where they can share their valuable ideas and discuss on various issues related to real world problems in the society. Conference focuses on specific Engineering streams allowing the authors to pierce deep into the problem and ensures that they come up with actionable information that can be put to use the very next day. The papers involving innovative ideas, methodologies or technologies, advanced prototypes, tools and techniques indicating future directions are encouraged.
